If your order is cancelled before 5pm the day before your delivery is scheduled we can give you a full refund. After this time the product will already be made in our bakery and will be too late to give a refund. We do not accept returns due to the nature of the business being a fresh product.
If our drivers cannot contact you on the day of scheduled delivery and there is no access to the building we may have no choice but to bring the product back to our bakery where customer can pick it up or else we can leave donuts in one of our stores for pick up.
